E-Learning Courses

Improving Providers’ Assessment, Care Delivery And Treatment of OCD (IMPACT - OCD) has a number of e-learning courses available for mental health professionals enrolled in the Center for Practice Innovations Learning Management System (CPI-LMS). These offerings reflect our goals to raise awareness of OCD and develop and test online training and implementation supports to promote the adoption of evidence-based care fore OCD.

Implementation Support

IMPACT-OCD support service

In our effort to learn more about how to support clinicians treating patients suffering from OCD (or patients where the diagnosis is being considered), we offer a free support service. This service allows clinicians working in OMH-licensed, operated, certified, funded, or designated programs the opportunity to receive consultation on assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment of OCD from clinicians at the Center for OCD and Related Disorders at Columbia Psychiatry and the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

To access this service, please fill out this brief survey.

  • When you click on the blue box “Full list of e-learning courses” it takes you to the breakout page that has all our training modules, webinars and hear my story: personal experiences videos. The page is pretty long, and we worry that folks may not scroll all the way down to see all of it. Is there a way to have the training page break out into a page that has three tiles: E-Learning Courses, Webinars, Recovery Stories and then behind all of these we find each corresponding item?

New to the CPI-LMS? No problem!

If you are interested in a training, simply click on the link of the training title under Browse for Trainings. On the Training Details page, click the button that says Request. When you are ready to view, you will find the training in your Active Transcript by clicking the Learning tab then selecting View Your Transcript. It’s that easy!

All trainings assigned to you by a supervisor, requested by you, or currently in progress will appear in your transcript. If you would like to review or print a certificate for a training you have already completed, you can do so by clicking the drop-down menu on your transcript page and selecting Completed. For more information on how to navigate the CPI-LMS, review the FAQ and User Guides. If you are not sure of your CPI-LMS username, click here. If you need to reset your password, click here. For all other technical questions, please contact the Online Assistance Unit (OAU) at cpihelp@nyspi.columbia.edu.
