OMH Family Roadmap Toolkit
The purpose of the Family Roadmap Toolkit is to better connect families, community members, and providers to appropriate mental health, peer support, and developmental resources. The toolkit includes a roadmap poster, brochures (digital/print), and business cards that can be displayed in areas where families frequent. We hope this Toolkit can boost education and connectivity and, in turn, help more youth and families receive the services they need.
