In this 90-minute webinar, the CRESTNY Institute will highlight how engagement-based practices in crisis response can enhance service delivery and outcomes for children, youth and families. During the webinar, the CRESTNY team will review how the unique needs and developmental concerns of early childhood, children and adolescents, and transition age youth impact crisis care. Attendees can expect to be oriented to the principles of the differentiating care approach to crisis and learn practical strategies for partnering with families to support the resiliency and recovery of the youth in crisis.
