To watch a video now, click on the play button under the image. If you wish to download these videos to your PC, right click on the "Download .avi file" link or "Download LARGE format .avi file" link and select "Save Target As" and pick a destination folder. In order to play on your PC, you will need a video player which supports AVI file formats (e.g. Windows Media Player, Quicktime).

In response to high levels of interest across NYS, the CPI has worked closely with the New York State Office of Mental Health and New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports to develop a version of WSM that is designed for individuals who are simultaneously dealing with mental health and substance use problems. This program is called Wellness Self-Management Plus (WSM+) and it features a newly-designed workbook.

The WSM+ workbook is available through the Center for Practice Innovations, by clicking here. Please follow registration instructions provided. Once you have registered, you will be taken to the “Purchase CPI Products” section, where you will be able to download an electronic copy of the WSM+ workbook at no cost and purchase bound, paper copies.
