This session presents and develops skills, offering strategies and tools related to learning about and incorporating a youth and family’s culture into the activities of High Fidelity Wraparound. Further, participants will learn about the role of Care Managers as Team Builders, stressing the importance of and strategies for supporting the youth and family to identify and invite natural and formal supports to be part of their Child and Family Team.
